• VISA, LETTERS OF INVITATION: Neither the University of Valladolid nor the Scientific Committee of the congress will facilitate visas or letters of invitation for the attendance or participation at the congress. Instead an e-mail accepting your participation or the corresponding attendance certificate once the congress or the paper/poster session is finished will serve.
• GRANTS, FINANCIAL SUPPORT: The University of Valladolid and the organization of this congress HASN’T GOT any grant or financial support for travelling or accomodation expenses of participants at the congress. 
• REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee for participants who present a paper or poster (55euro) must be deposited at the latest on the 31st January 2010. The registrations carried out after this date will not be admitted and the congress committee will not take care of the refund, therefore it is highly recommended to deposit the fee before the established date. 
• PAPER/POSTER: Participants presenting a paper or a poster must obligatorily show up at the congress and present their paper/poster. If the authorship is shared, at least one of them must attend the congress. The lack of attendance at the congress implies the loss of the right of the attendance diploma and the fee will not be refunded. 
• PUBLICATION: Each participant will have to turn in the full article in digital format (Word and PDF) according to the editing rules already published at the congress website. Once the article is handed in, it will be evaluated by the Scientifc Committee of the magazine Interlingüística XXI which will decide if the article is going to be published. If the article does not fullfill the required editing rules, it will be directly excluded from publication. We request you to go through the article exhaustively before submitting it.
• CONGRESS AND MAGAZINE PROFILE: The Young Linguists Association congress is an encounter of researchers on the Linguistic field, so that papers from other fields, such as didactics, or papers which do not stick to the field of Linguistics have not been accepted.
